About Provenance
Built from lived experience.
Provenance Oversight LLC was founded by Amy McKie-Billing and Greg Billing, Palm Beach County residents who understood firsthand the value of having someone trusted locally — someone who knows the property, understands what matters, and follows through. That standard became Provenance.

Why Provenance Exists
We understood the problem because we had lived it.
Before Provenance existed, we owned property in Palm Beach County ourselves — and ran into the same frustrations so many homeowners do. Vendors who didn't show up when they said they would. Small issues that went unnoticed until they became bigger ones. No single person who actually knew the property and could be counted on to follow through. What we were looking for was surprisingly difficult to find.
Over time, we realized the problem wasn't only about property. Families managing a home from a distance, or coordinating support for someone they cared about, needed the same thing — one trusted local presence who follows through. That recognition became Provenance.
What Provenance Became
The need was bigger than the house.
A home is connected to the people, vendors, belongings, and transitions surrounding it. Provenance grew from overseeing property into helping coordinate what needs attention around the household and the people connected to it — which is how property oversight, family support, and household transitions came to work together as one model, built around a single trusted point of contact.

Two different strengths. One standard for how things get done.
Amy McKie-Billing
Co-Founder
Amy spent nearly three decades in enterprise sales and leadership, building client relationships and navigating complex organizations, change, and high-stakes coordination. She brings the communication, organization, and follow-through side of Provenance — understanding what matters to people, keeping multiple parties aligned, and making complicated situations feel manageable.
Greg Billing
Co-Founder
Greg built and scaled a national multimillion-dollar operational company, managing complex teams, systems, logistics, and day-to-day execution where accountability mattered. He brings a practical understanding of infrastructure, mechanical systems, vendors, and problem-solving — along with an instinct for figuring out who needs to be involved and keeping things moving through completion.
Personal Accountability
The relationship stays personal.
Provenance is built around direct accountability. Amy and Greg remain closely connected to the relationships we build, while trusted specialists and service providers may be brought in when the situation calls for them.
The goal isn't to do everything ourselves. It's to make sure the right people are involved, communication stays clear, and what needs attention keeps moving forward.

Why the Name
Provenance is about origin, history, and continuity.
The word provenance describes the history and origin of something of value. For us, that idea extends beyond property. Homes have histories. Belongings have meaning. Families have relationships, routines, and ways of doing things that matter. Provenance is about understanding that context — and treating it with care.

One call. Trusted follow-through.
Provenance was built around a simple idea: when something needs attention at a home or household, having someone trusted locally can make all the difference.
Let's talk about how Provenance can help.
